Agreement

This agreement outlines the working relationship between the Carrier and Consal Global Logistics. Please read carefully before submitting your Carrier Profile Form.

By completing and submitting the Carrier Profile Form, the Carrier acknowledges and agrees to all terms set forth in this Dispatcher Service Agreement with Consal Global Logistics. This agreement takes effect immediately upon submission and remains active until either party provides written notice of termination.

Scope of Authorization

The Carrier hereby authorizes Consal Global Logistics to act as their agent solely for the purpose of searching, booking, and coordinating freight loads. This authorization covers all brokerage paperwork including but not limited to: Carrier packets, rate confirmations, W-9 forms, MC authority letters, and certificates of insurance.

Consal Global Logistics may communicate with brokers, shippers, and other parties via telephone, fax, or email on the Carrier's behalf in order to expedite dispatch operations. This authorization does not extend beyond the scope of freight dispatch and related documentation.

Carrier Licensing & Insurance

The Carrier agrees to maintain all required licenses, permits, and registrations necessary to legally operate as a motor carrier within their intended area of operation. This includes compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing commercial transportation.

The Carrier further agrees to carry and maintain general liability and cargo insurance at the minimum amounts required by their home state authority. Proof of current insurance must be provided to Consal Global Logistics upon request and kept up to date at all times.

Broker Packets & Rate Confirmations

The Carrier authorizes Consal Global Logistics to complete carrier setup packets for any and all brokerages on the Carrier's behalf, as well as to review, negotiate, and sign rate confirmations on the Carrier's behalf where required to facilitate timely dispatch.

All actions taken in this regard are done with the Carrier's explicit prior consent as granted through submission of the Carrier Profile Form. The Carrier retains the right to review any documentation upon request.

Limitation of Liability

The Carrier agrees to hold Consal Global Logistics harmless for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of dispatch services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Loading issues or delays · Freight overages, shortages, or damages · Billing and collection disputes · Hours of service complications · Loss of business income or interruption of operations

Consal Global Logistics shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to broker non-payment, shipper delays, or road and weather conditions.

Dispatch Terms & Carrier Rights

This agreement requires no minimum commitment or contract term. The Carrier retains full autonomy over load acceptance — there is no forced dispatch. The Carrier may accept or decline any load without penalty or obligation.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. There are no exit fees or penalties for termination. Loads already in progress at the time of termination must be completed as agreed with the respective broker or shipper.

Payment to Dispatcher

Dispatch fees are calculated as an agreed percentage of the Carrier's gross revenue per load. Payment is due upon settlement of each load and must be made payable to Consal Global Logistics.
