Getting Started
Getting started is simple. Fill out our Carrier Profile Form with your details — MC number, equipment type, operating lanes, and insurance information. Once submitted, our dispatch team will review your profile and reach out within one business day to get you set up and running.
You will need your MC authority letter, a valid Certificate of Insurance, a completed W-9 form, and your operating authority number. Our team handles the broker packet setup on your behalf once these are submitted — you won't have to worry about filling out individual broker packets yourself.
No contract, no commitment. You work with us for as long as it makes sense for your business. There are no lock-in periods, no exit fees, and no minimum number of loads required. You're always free to pause or stop at any time with simple written notice.
We dispatch across all major equipment types: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Box Truck, Hotshot, and Auto Hauler. If you operate a different or specialised trailer, reach out and we'll let you know if we can support it.
Dispatch & Loads
Absolutely not. There is no forced dispatch here. Every load we present to you is your choice to accept or decline — no questions asked, no penalties applied. You're the owner-operator and you stay in full control of what you haul and when.
There is no cap. You can run as many loads as you want per week — we support unlimited loads. The more you run, the more we work to keep your truck loaded and moving efficiently.
We operate across the entire continental United States. Whether you prefer regional lanes, long-haul cross-country routes, or a specific corridor, we work to match your preferences and keep you in the lanes you want to run.
Yes — rate negotiation is a core part of what we do. We work directly with brokers to get you the best possible rate on every load. We understand market rates and won't let you haul freight at a loss. You'll always know what a load pays before you agree to it.
Our team is available to assist with communication and coordination if issues arise during transit — delays, route changes, or broker check calls. However, responsibility for the freight and its safe delivery remains with the Carrier, as outlined in the Service Agreement. We're here to support, not to substitute for your operational decisions.
Pricing & Fees
Our dispatch fee is a percentage of your gross revenue per load. The exact rate depends on your equipment type and volume. Contact us at support@consalglobal.com to get a personalised rate. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no charges if your truck isn't running.
None. You pay a single agreed percentage per load — that's it. No monthly retainer, no subscription, no penalty fees, no exit costs. What we quote is what you pay.
No cap whatsoever. Your gross revenue is unlimited. We work on a percentage basis, so the more you earn, the better it is for both of us. We're invested in your success.
Billing, invoicing, and collections are the Carrier's responsibility as outlined in the Service Agreement. If revenue is uncollectible, Consal Global Logistics is held harmless and no dispatch fee penalty is charged. We recommend working with reputable brokers, and we do our part by vetting load sources where possible.
Documents & Paperwork
No — that's one of the biggest advantages of working with us. We complete all broker carrier setup packets on your behalf. Once you're onboarded with us, we handle the paperwork so you can focus on driving.
We sign rate confirmations on your behalf as your authorised dispatch agent, as outlined in the Service Agreement. You always have the right to review any rate confirmation before we sign — just let your dispatcher know your preference.
Yes — we provide billing and invoice support as part of our service. While collections are ultimately the Carrier's responsibility, we help you with document preparation, load confirmations, and invoice formatting to make the process as smooth as possible.
Simply email updated documents to support@consalglobal.com whenever your insurance renews or your authority information changes. It's important to keep your certificate of insurance and MC details current — expired documents can delay load bookings.
Payments
Dispatch fees can be paid conveniently through multiple methods: Zelle, Wire Transfer, Direct Deposit, or ACH. Payment is due upon settlement of each load. All payments are made payable to Consal Global Logistics.
Dispatch fees are due upon settlement of each completed load. We don't charge upfront or in advance — you only pay after the work is done and you've been paid for your haul.
Reach out to your dispatcher and let us know. We understand cash flow can be unpredictable in trucking and we're happy to work with you on timing. Our goal is a long-term working relationship, not to create financial pressure.
